In no event shall the Photographer or the Store be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or related to the use of the Store or its products.

9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Ohio.
